We’re a construction consultancy with knowledge of the arts, culture and heritage sector. We will work with you to develop your funding application, the business case and the project brief. We will also support you with your stakeholder management strategy, your procurement strategy, your planning strategy and the appointment of your contractor and multi-disciplinary consultant team. Having completed these tasks we will support your organisation as the contractor works up feasibility options. Once the control option is chosen by the project board we will support you through pre-construction and planning and then on through construction and into use.
Over the past 6 years we have supported Derby City Council with 2 schemes, first the Assembly Rooms and more recently the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Guildhall.
