We are an award-winning consultancy specialising in the education sector. Prior to forming Brady & Ellis our staff had the privilege to work for Stoke-on-Trent on their Building Schools for Future (BSF) programme. Over a period of 4 years, we undertook the role of employer’s agent and successfully delivered four schools with a combined project value in excess of £36m. These included a new build academy for 1200 pupils, a new build special school for pupils with cognition and learning difficulties and the remodel of two secondary schools. Each project was managed through pre-construction, RIBA stages 2 -4 and then through construction and into use, RIBA stages 5 and 6.
Applying the knowledge gained from working on Stoke-on-Trent’s BSF programme enabled us to deliver a Constructing Excellence award winning school for the developer Graven Hill Village Development Company and Oxfordshire County Council. The project, a two form entry primary school won the Constructing Excellence 2024 Building Project of the Year under £20 million Winners 2024 – Constructing Excellence Awards.
