We specialise in supporting local government and manage both large and small capital works projects. Our NEC 3 and 4 trained and accredited project managers apply their contractual knowledge and Prince2 training to each project. Our roles have included feasibility studies, the procurement of consultants and contractor and the management of large multi-disciplinary teams on complex civic projects.
We work with some of the UK construction industry’s leading tier one contractors and consultants.
We also support funding applications. Over the past 2 years we have supported local government with Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) levelling up funding (LUF) applications. We were part of the team that successfully bid for LUF support with the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Guildhall.

More recently we have supported with preparing the Assembly Rooms site for demolition.
