Education

Graven Hill Primary School is a new two form entry school built to serve its growing community. It is part of the Warriner Multi Academy trust, a locally based trust with a national reputation for educational excellence. The school has been designed to be net zero carbon in use.

Brady & Ellis provided Employer’s Agent services. Kier were the main contractor. The school opened at the start of the 2023/24 academic year.

Developer

Brady & Ellis is undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent on the construction of various infrastructure projects at Graven Hill, all of which have been designed to release parcels of land for future development. Projects include the Employment Access Road, the Western Spine Road and Home Zones 3A and 3B

Brady & Ellis has undertaken both pre and post contract project management and cost management roles. PJ Carey is the main contractor. The designer is Waterman Group. The infrastructure projects are all scheduled to complete Q3 2023.

Local Government

Brady & Ellis is providing pre and post contract client-side Project Management services for Derby City Council on a strategic city centre site. The project is an ambitious proposal to create a cultural hub in the heart of the city.

Brady & Ellis is overseeing multi disciplinary team feasibilities studies for the site whilst also managing surveys needed to prepare the site for redevelopment.

Project Controls

Brady & Ellis is providing programme management services for Graven Hill on the second phase of the development. Our role is to provide project controls, including regular reporting and monitoring of the consultant team on behalf of the client.
