We will assist with appointing your consultant team and depending on the choice of procurement strategy we can manage the multi-disciplinary team on your behalf as it develops the design to RIBA stage 3. We also support with tendering and assembly of contract documents. Once in contract we can act as employer’s agent and manage your residential scheme through to completion.
We are currently supporting Graven Hill Village Development Company with the delivery of residential Blocks A5 and A6, a 4-storey mixed use scheme comprising 3 ground floor commercial units and 44 high quality one and two bed apartments.
